Mr Irfan Baig, is an aspiring Entrepreneur with a keen focus in growing in the textile industry. His passion for textiles came to him at the tender age of 10, when he learned how to identify quality materials and the art of sewing from his budding curiosity for fashion and the textile industry.

 

This curiosity sparked a design and textile obsession in Irfan, which later led him towards honing his skills and studies towards becoming a men’s wear designer and tailor, Irfan has over 20 years’ experience working as a men’s wear designer and tailor.

 

Over the last 10 years Irfan has explored and grown his interests in business, establishing himself as a entrepreneur with a few businesses centred around the textile industry, with a textile manufacturing business in Germiston, that operates as a contract manufacturer for the design of leather accessories such as gloves, jackets, trousers etc, in which he designs and provides CMT (Cut, Make and Trim) for supply to Australia, Europe and South Africa. His businesses were built on the foundation of his contract manufacturing, which has allowed him to establish a Be-Spoke Suit & Tailor business in Kingsmen Tailors, also establishing his own in house brand called MarcoMen and partnering up with Hookah King to offer products and services for Hookah ad Vaping.

 

Through his journey, Irfan has opened several operations across Gauteng and has intentions of continuing to grow his footprint throughout retail

complexes/malls.
